PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION

Mental Health Program Services are provided in partnership with those who suffer from persistent and chronic mental illness to foster their ability to live independently & within their own community!
  • Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services are outcomes oriented and are provided to assist consumers in functioning maximally in community settings within the limits of their disabilities.
  • Services include: Individual psychosocial rehabilitation;
  • Group psychosocial rehabilitation;
  • Pharmacologic management;
  • Vocational - Referral to Idaho Department of Vocational
  • Rehabilitation for vocational counselor and community supported employment.
CASE MANAGEMENT

We provide services coordination with community partners to promote client access to services.

Targeted case management services are provided to severely and persistently mentally ill clients who meet our first criteria outlined above.

They include:
Comprehensive psychosocial assessment;
Service plan development;
Monitoring and coordination of service delivery; Linkage with requisite services;
and Client advocacy. Crisis Intervention:

These services provide for delivery of both center-based and community-based crisis intervention in psychiatric emergencies, including 24-hour telephone crisis intervention.

Community emergency resources and providers are mobilized to stabilize the crisis situation and provide immediate and/or continuing treatment.

We accept Medicaid, VA, and private pay and we offer a sliding fee scale and Pro Bono services on a case-by-case basis, to allow anyone access to this new service.
