Jamie Arbogast, LMSW

I have been helping people and their families in crisis since 1993. I have been a mental health professional since 1998. Years of performing crisis work has taught me how strong the human spirit is and how courageous people can be.
I have seen many people overcome obstacles and beat the odds. I have seen families change the course of their lives for the better. I have learned that hope is alive and well in the human spirit.
Even though life can bring us challenges that are overwhelming, there is hope. Often, it is helpful to talk to someone for support and to find ways to get the life we are looking for.
Therapy can help you change what isn't working in your life.
I am a licensed social worker with psychiatric training.

I have experience helping people with:

• Self esteem / Anxiety / Depression

• Stress Management / Grief

• Schizophrenia / Bipolar Disorder

• Adolescent Issues

• Post Traumatic Stress

• Critical Incident Stress

• Borderline Personality Disorder

• Parent-Child Communication

Therapy provides a safe, confidential arrangement designed to meet your needs and your goals. Therapy can help you with emotional health, happiness, balance and achievement of your life’s goals. I respect the courage it takes to talk to someone about what is on your heart and on your shoulders.
I would be honored to meet with you.
