Our treatment philosophy is based on best practice principals within the scope of our independent & collective professional domains. We implement individualized Solution-Focused Treatment & provide Comprehensive Behavioral Health Care services. We strive to foster individual rights to self-determination & involvement with the development of their treatment goals & outcomes.

Counseling services at RCC involve the process of the therapist & client working together to design a treatment plan tailored to your individual & unique needs. The number, frequency & type of therapy sessions will be based on identified treatment goals. As with anything creating a lasting change, it is important to follow your treatment plan to achieve the greatest benefit.

RCC provides both in-office, Zoom, Doxy.me and & Telehealth services.  We will gladly try to accommodate your need to access our services through every  available avenue. Evening & weekend appointments may be possible once care is established. Please speak to your provider to make these arrangements.   

Our counselors & service providers offer you their experience & compassion in a safe & supportive environment. They have many years of dedicated professional & life experience helping individuals & families lead happier & healthier lives!

We accept Magellan Idaho Medicaid, Blue Cross, Blue Cross True Blue, Regence, Pacific Source, Aetna & most other major insurances. Clients are responsible for payment at time of services as insurance is not a guarantee for payment. Some insurances do not cover Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services. Please call your insurance company & be informed about your individual policy coverage, deductibles & co-pays.  

                                        RCC is considered to be under the professional co-pay status.
