Funding

We accept Magellan Idaho Medicaid, Blue Cross, Blue Cross True Blue, Regence, Pacific Source, AETNA & most other major insurances. Please call your insurance company & be informed about your individual policy coverage, deductibles & co-pays. Clients are still responsible for payment of services as insurance is not a guarantee for payment, especially for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services. FYI, RCC is considered to be under the professional co-pay status.

  • Comp Diagnostic Assessment
  • GAIN for SUD Treatment
  • CBRS - Community Based Rehabilitation Services

SUD Assessment

  • IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) services
  • OP (Outpatient SUD Services)
  • individual SUD sessions
  • Group SUD sessions
  • RSS - Recovery Support Services


 SUD Treatment groups are currently 

being held at the following times: 


Monday/Wednesday evenings

5:30 to 7:30 pm

Tuesday/Wednesday afternoons

12:00 to 1:30 pm

  • Rates: 
  •  $90 for 60 MH minute session
  •  $80 for 45 MH minute session
  • $160 for DUI evaluation (must bring police report to session) 
  • $160 for ADIS Alcohol & Drug Information School, meets 8 hr content, including therapy session 
  • $160 for COMP (Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment)
  • $160 for SUD assessment Substance Use Disorder) 
  •  $80 SUD individual sessions
  •  $80 SUD group sessions
  • $100 additional fee for expedited assessments/evals (5 business days)

NOTICE TO PATIENTS

                                       *Please be on time for your appointment* 


Cancellation & No Show Policy: Kindly give us 24 hrs notice if you are not able to attend or need to reschedule your appointment (15 minutes late is considered to be a no show). Grace is given for the first no show, as life sometimes throws us curves. On a second  no show, a  $75 charge for that missed appointment will be billed directly to client, not insurance, payable the next visit. If there is a third no show, another $75 charge will be billed and client  will be discharged. Services may resume again if there is appointment availability, with an attendance contract. 


Call 208.687.0538 and leave a voice mail, please do not call your provider. Clients who miss or reschedule their initial appointment go on the waiting list, three incidents & client will be discharged.
