Our SUD goal is to help reduce the unnecessary suffering caused by substance use and addiction. We accomplish this in part by taking an eclectic approach to treatment using a wide variety of evidenced-based behavioral techniques, including motivational interviewing, motivational enhancement, harm reduction strategies and cognitive behavioral therapies. Our substance use disorder - SUD - treatment program is structured to simultaneously provide mental health support.
The Global Appraisal of Individual Needs (GAIN-I) assessment is utilized in order to ensure a more accurate assessment of client needs, including mental and physical health, recovery environment and lifetime substance use severity.
Rathdrum Counseling Center, LLC, provides SUD services in partnership with the Justice system, including court ordered evaluations, PSI GAINs for sentencing support, Juvenile and Adult treatment, and Recovery Support Services.
